Terms and Conditions for InDeal

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of InDeal (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a customer relationship management platform operated by Empite.

By downloading, accessing, or using InDeal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use InDeal.

1. Eligibility

To use InDeal, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws

If you are under 18, you may only use InDeal with parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

InDeal is a digital CRM platform designed to help users:

• Manage contacts, leads, and companies
• Track deals and sales pipelines
• Log activities, tasks, and communications
• Automate workflows and sequences
• Analyze sales performance and forecasts

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

InDeal does not provide:

• Professional consulting services

You are responsible for ensuring your use of InDeal complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations governing customer and contact information you store in the Service.

Your use of InDeal is entirely at your own risk.

5. User Content

You may upload or enter information such as:

• Contact and company records
• Deal and pipeline data
• Notes, emails, and activity logs
• Call recordings and attachments
• Custom fields and business data

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content to InDeal, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal or harmful
• Violates another person's rights
• Contains malicious software
• Is abusive, threatening, or defamatory

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of InDeal may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Fees will be charged using your selected payment method
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
• Pricing may change with prior notice
• Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law

Subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores are subject to their billing policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or copy the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the Service
• Interfere with the security or operation of InDeal
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of InDeal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using InDeal, you consent to our collection and processing of data necessary to provide the Service, including business and CRM data you voluntarily submit.

You may stop using InDeal and delete your account at any time.

We make no guarantees that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted
• The App will be error-free
• Data will always be accurate or complete

Use of InDeal is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InDeal, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data
• Lost profits or revenue
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

14. Changes to Terms

Continued use of InDeal after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
